Shipping is included on every ZuZuPal custom acrylic figure, charm, and bundle. No separate freight line at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay for delivery to an eligible address.

Production & processing
Each order is personalized from your photo, then UV-printed and cut from optical acrylic. Most orders leave production within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll get an order confirmation when you buy. Tracking appears once the parcel is with the carrier.
Delivery windows
US deliveries typically land in 6–10 business days after dispatch (tracked). International transit varies by destination and customs — often 7–14 business days once shipped. Carriers and holidays can stretch that.
Figures ship flat in protective packaging with the mint-aqua collector window box, so they travel safer than bulky resin toys.
Duties & taxes
For international orders, import duties or local taxes may apply on arrival. Those are set by your country and aren’t collected by ZuZuPal at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, email hi@zuzupal.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right under our return policy.
