Any well-lit photo taken on your phone works great! Make sure faces are clear, front-facing, and not blurry or cut off. If you upload a group photo, our tagger lets you pick the exact people or pets you want included, and anyone untagged is seamlessly cropped out.

What are ZuZuPals made of?

Every ZuZuPal is crafted from ultra-clear, 4mm heavy optical cast acrylic with diamond-polished edges. We use high-definition, scratch-resistant UV printing that keeps the colors vibrant and fade-proof, mounted securely into an interlocking acrylic peg base.

How big are the figures?

Your custom ZuZuPal stands 8cm (3.15 inches) tall. Multi-character orders share an expanded clear base so everyone stands together comfortably without taking up too much room.

How long does creation and shipping take?

We'll design your drafts within 24 hours for your approval. Once you approve, it takes 3 to 5 business days to craft your ZuZu.
