How does ZuZuPal work?
Upload a photo of a person or pet, preview your chibi-style custom mini-figure in our signature gift window box, then we UV-print and laser-cut optical acrylic and ship it flat to your door.
What do I get in the box?
A custom optical acrylic standee or charm (depending on what you order), peg base when included, and our mint-aqua collector window box with protective packaging.
How long does production take?
Most personalized orders leave production within 2–4 business days after payment. US tracked delivery is typically 6–10 business days after dispatch. See shipping.
Is this a vinyl toy or 3D print?
No. ZuZuPal makes flat optical acrylic figures and charms — glossy, durable, and safer to ship than resin or injection-molded vinyl toys. We don’t sell Funko® or Pop!® figures.
Can I use a photo of my pet or partner?
Yes. Face or full-body photos of people and pets both work. You must own the photo or have permission to use it for a custom product.
Where do you ship?
Eligible destinations worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, select EU countries, and Japan. Full list on shipping. Shipping is included in the price.
What if something arrives damaged?
We cover products damaged on arrival or lost in transit. Contact us within 7 days with photo and video proof. Details on the returns page.
